Mission recorders

The Rafale fighter from Dassault Aviation is powered by two jet enginesat Safran Aircraft Engines M88-2. Wiring, wheels and brakes, brake systems, andlanding gear are among the many facilities provided by the companies in the Safran Group

SEM (Modernized Super Etendard) is an attack aircraft and French fighter built by Dassault, to be flown aboard aircraft carriers. Successor of the Étendard IV, it was produced in 74 copies commissioned by the French Navy and Argentina.

Safran Aerosystems supplies equipment used in the frame of operational missions (maritime patrols, border surveillance, reconnaissance and listening, pilot training). It also supplies a range of equipment that is dedicated to operating with new preventive maintenance applications.

This compact and modular on-board mission recording equipment is capable of acquiring data from sensors (radars, sonars, optical, etc.) and digital buses, as well as high resolution cockpit displays (MFD, etc.).

The solutions available from Safran Aerosystems also enable the segregation of the data in order to comply with information system security requirements.
